Membership

IRF is a global, non-profit, membership-based organisation that is completely independent and free to set and pursue an agenda that is consistent with the wishes and needs of its members.

IRF brings people, businesses, countries and organisations together to exchange ideas, define solutions to common problems and to forge partnerships that deliver outcomes.

Our public and private members and partners from more than 90 countries, include government ministries and agencies, road construction companies, transport service providers, equipment manufacturers, consulting companies, industry-related associations and national road federations, universities, multi-lateral financial institutions and many more. We have the network!

Our services are designed to meet the needs and objectives of our members all over the world and across the whole spectrum of disciplines pertaining to the roads and mobility sectors.

Two types of Membership are possible with IRF:

Full Member

Open to interested stakeholders from the private or the public sector. Fees are determined on the basis of size and turnover. Fee classes are available on the membership form.

Associate Member

Reserved for university professors, students, retirees, local government officials from low-income countries, independent consultants, who are passionate and dedicated to the advancement of the roads and mobility sectors. In this case the fee is an annual flat rate.

Joining the IRF family is very simple: fill in the membership form, send it back to the IRF Secretariat in Geneva and we will be immediately in touch to finalise the procedure!
