Caroline is a Road Pricing Specialist, Project Manager, Advisor and People Leader with Arup. Caroline has more than a decade of hands-on experience leading large global, multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of major projects focusing on road pricing, tolling and transportation and manages Arup’s Global Intelligent Mobility Business.

She currently leads the Arup team for delivery of the Better Road User Charging Evaluation Project for Transport Infrastructure Ireland, with the objective of determining the future of user charging, operation and maintenance of the National Motorway Network (NMN) in Ireland. Prior to that, Caroline was based in Sydney and led the Arup team for the design of the National Heavy Vehicle Charging Pilot in Australia.

Caroline has a Degree and Masters in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast. She is a Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager, Chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Chartered Member of Engineer’s Ireland.
