Jessica Tuck

Jessica Tuck is a Technical Director leading AECOM’s construction materials team. Jess is passionate about advancing innovation in materials and construction through to Standards and is currently leading updates to the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and the Specification for Highway Works on behalf of National Highways in the UK.

She’s also an advocate of location and material specific whole life carbon assessments as a decision tool, and to drive change to address the challenges facing our industry.

Additionally, Jessica has contributed to transport infrastructure designs by improving sustainability using the whole life cost/whole life carbon approach, and developed low carbon material strategies to help clients meeting their Net Zero targets.
