Online Course: Introduction to Road Safety Audits
October 9, 2021 – October 11, 2021 CEST

Overview
Preventive risk assessment tools, such as road safety audits and inspections, are an effective and essential instrument to help road authorities reduce the number of crashes and casualties because design standards alone cannot guarantee road safety in all conditions.
Organised by the International Road Federation together with the Qatar Transportation and Traffic Safety Centre (University of Qatar), in collaboration with the World Conference on Transport Research Society with support from Khatib&Alami, this three-day online course looked at Road Safety Audits and Inspections comprehensively as an introduction to these tools.
