About the Webinar
As an integral part of its mission of Road Safety, the IRF India Chapter is planning a Series of Webinars over the coming months, focusing on Education aspect of road safety. The webinar series is on “Road Safety Education & Awareness – A Comprehensive Approach”.
Road Safety Education assumes high relevance given the number of road accidents that happen on account of speed, non-wearing of helmets/seatbelts etc. especially the young children who are just learning to drive need awareness and knowledge so that they become good and safe drivers. Every individual plays a role of an influencer and good road safety education helps create mass sensitisation. IRF India’s efforts through this webinar series is to reach as many people as possible, align them and enlist their participation in the mission of road safety in the country.
The 2nd Webinar on the subject “Awareness Around Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs): Biggest Lever for Enhancing Road Safety” will be taking place on 20 October 2022 from 15:30 Hrs. to 18:00 Hrs. (IST) (12:00 to 14:30 CEST), which will have an eminent Guest Speaker and three distinguished Speakers. Questions and issues raised by participants would be taken up in a Q&A session, following the presentations by the panel of Experts.
